TEC Database Internals
Provides an explanation of the internal workings of the TEC database, including the actions that occur at a database level during Event Server startup, when an event is recieved and when an event is acknowledged or closed.

Anna ,can you try issuing "wgetrim tec" (assuming you named the RIM object
tec)
You should see the details. If this works, then try
"wrimtest -l tec" (again use the RIM name you setup)
You should see something similar to this (ours is DB2 though)
Resource Type : RIM
Resource Label : tec
Host Name : testtec_mn
User Name : db2admin
Vendor : DB2
Database : TEC
Database Home : D:\DB2\SQLLIB\TEC
Server ID : TCPIP
Instance Home : D:\DB2\SQLLIB
Instance Name : DB2
Opening Regular Session...Session Opened
RIM : Enter Option >
IThe above indicates all is well and a successful RDBMS connection exists
via RIM.
I suspect you may see an error here that may give more info.
Regards,
