Registration process in Suse 10 is seriously buggy and confusing if you are behind the proxy. In OpenSuse10.2 update process it almost unusable. In enterprise Suse 10 before SP1 you can succeed only using tech. support. SP1 fixed things.
Novell support as for making updates work is horrible, much worse then Red Hat (which is equally buggy in RHEL4 but at least support is good).

Step 2. Put URL in Firefox
Step 3. Close firefox withdow and click continue
