Аня тоже ходила, и мы с ней там пересекались. Больше журналистов почему-то не было. Зато было много родителей этих молодых лимоновцев - зал был забит до отказа.
Меня сагитировал ходить на суд Сережа Беляк, известный адвокат. Был среди адвокатов, защищавших лимоновцев и не менее известный Дмитрий Аграновский.
И тогда я впервые увидела, как себя ведут политические адвокаты. Они буквально закапывают своих подзащитных, чтобы те сели. Потому что им нужны жертвы политического террора.
Сережа Беляк обычно защищал людей в уголовных процессах, а не политических, его самым известным политическим процессом была защита Лимонова Эдика в Саратове, когда их повязали за готовящуюся акцию в Казахстане. И тактика Беляка, как адвоката не политического, была иная: найти максимальные и минимальные оправдывающие клиента обстоятельства и представить их суду.Хороший адвокат был у Юлии Пелеховой, когда мы убедили ее и ее маму сменить первого адвоката, подсунутого ей определенными силами. Второй работал раньше прокурором или следователем. Прекрасно провел процесс. Умница.
Ту же фигню можно наблюдать и в деле Ходорковского. Не только его адвокаты, но и вся его родня, включая маму, как приходят на "Эхо Москвы" трындят, какой несгибаемый МБХ и как он ни в чем не хочет раскаиваться, как он смеется в лицо режыму.
Ты сначала выйди из застенков, отойди на безопасное расстояние, а потом смейся в лицо режыму.
Самуцевич пошла личным путем. Не путем революции, а просто разумным путем.
Но это не значит, что завтра она не сорвется.Тот же Сережа Беляк мне показывал на одну девку из НБП, за которую он уже однажды лично поручился, что она больше никогда и так далее, и вытащил ее. А она опять полезла.
Так что будем посмотреть".Что происходит? Определённым силам нужна сакральная жертва на алтарь революции. Пусть не виде головы Гонгадзе, то хотя бы ввиде узника совести. Помните в СССР Голос Америки пропагандировал таковых?
Задача их изготовить. Как это сделать?
Берут нескольких дур и подбивают их нашкодить так, что к этому можно было пристегнуть политику. Фигурально выражаясь, публично заехать в морду представителя кровавого режима тортом. Вы любите, когда в вашу морду тычут тортом? Вот и вышеуказанный представитель тоже.
Короче, дур оформляют по хулиганке.
Дурам навязывают бесплатного медийного адвоката. (Халява, сэр!) Который переводит процесс в политическую плоскость. Естественно, с поддержки СМИ, контролируемых теми, кто и затеял эту провокацию.
При этом убеждая своих альтернативно одарённых "подзащитных", что они станут мировой знаменитостью и новыми чегеварихами. Портреты их будут печатать во всех учебниках для младших классов, показывая юному поколению делать жизнь с кого.
Надо только держаться перед палачами судьями дерзко и независимо. Аки коммунист перед гестаповцем.
И для укрепления их духа зачитывают дурам выдержки из вышеуказанных СМИ, где им обещают по выходу из кровавых застенков контракт на всемирное турне с лекциями про тортометание в кровавых диктаторов сроком на год ценой в 600.000.000 вожделенных бумажек.
Ты только держись, милая! Вся мировая общественность во главе с Мадонной за тебя!
Ну а дальше дело адвокатской техники. Сделать процесс максимально длительным, максимально громким, а приговор максимально суровым.
И вот: новая сакральная жертвочка на блюде горяченькая. А если её до смерти умучат в кровавых застенках гулага, так это же пальчики оближешь!
И адвокату сколько можно навариться на славе! Не считая таких мелочей, как записать на своё имя право на тиражирование балаклав, голых сисек и писек умученных великомучениц революции.
Это же на всю оставшуюся жизнь хватит.
Адвокату, естественно.
