cd2browse is a menu creation program able to make menus out of a directory tree. It indexes all documents and also provides an offline, full-text search engine with JavaScript. CD2Browse helps you to publish documentation on CD/DVD in an easy way.

Release focus: Minor feature enhancements

Changes:
Messages are now generally in English. The "IndexOption SuppressDescription" directive was added into .htaccess to omit the extraction of PDF titles from PDF files, when the title tag is not sensible. The -x option was added, which globally switches off the PDF title extraction. "IndexIgnore" in .htaccess will now work with individual files, and also with wildcards, like in Apache. IndexIgnore and SuppressDescription are now also valid for sub-directories inside the directory where .htaccess is found. The highest directory level is now called "home" and is linked with the welcome.html page.

mp3riot (formerly known as f2html.pl) is a command line utility that searches recursively through directories, builds a file list (with additional file information), and generates HTML files, playlists, etc. The output can be controlled, links can be corrected, and more. The script is mainly desigend to create Web pages, playlists, and databases for MP3 and Ogg files, but can also used for other purposes.
